At Lorensa, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.

• Be in its original condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Not show signs of damage, washing, alterations, or use.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

We will provide you with return instructions if your request is approved.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lorensa cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@lorensa.store as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
